Tablet

I've been thinking of getting a tablet for a while now...It would save time drawing and coloring my art since I have to sketch, ink, scan, and color it. I could just draw it and then color it right then and there. I tried out my nephew's shiny new tablet. It's so cool! Lol. I feel like I was starting over on my drawing skills. The eyes I drew were so bad. Dx But I guess one has to get use to the feel of it. I'm probably going to get a cheap Wacom for like seventy dollars to start with. I think my coloring with paint has gotten better. I'm trying to create some shading effects on it, still pretty bad but it's better than no shading at all. ;P Now I have to get ready for my nephew's birthday party. He's turning one! Yay such a milestone. ^^

I've been doodeling a lot most of my life, not considering it very seriously. It was just something to do when I was bored, but in my senior year my friends got me interest in anime (I've only seen two so far Chobits and Rozen Maiden). My friends would draw fanart and their OCs' and eventually I joined in. My first style was chibis since they can be quiet simple, but right now I'm practicing sketch art. My shading seriously needs work. I've only been drawing seriously for a year, and I'm currently just trying to learn the basics after months of failed drawings (hence all the tutorials in my favorites x]). Anyways that a tiny bit about me. ^^

Aww...Just found you Gin Kitty drawing. *squee* How long have you been questing for them? I started my winged anklets quest, but I gave up on it because I though it was too much gold for one item. xP Plus I'm addicted to E.I.s ^^;
